On May 16, 2002 Tashi (Tshering) Tenzing - '84 summitted Mt. Everest for the second time in 3 years. Tashi was a member of the Swiss team that summitted Everest to mark the 50th. Anniversary of the Swiss Attempt on Everest in 1952. Tashi's first successful summit was on May 23, 1997.
