The Future Is Yours

You, for whom school has just begun,
Ahead of you, days of study and fun.
For you the days seem endless now,
As you study from books, with furrowed brow.
The nights too, seem long, as you lie in your bed,
With so many things going round in your head.
Things to remember, lessons to learn,
And you for your homes begin to yearn.
But things get better as the year passes by,
And sleep comes easier, as in bed you lie.
There are those who will guide you along the way,
And help with problems that crop up day by day.
The work will get easier if you stick to your task,
And if your not sure, you have only to ask.
Friendships made that will last through the years,
Friends who'll support you, through triumphs and tears.
This school, for you, will open life's doors,
So work hard, and play hard ЕЕЕ.. The future is yours!
