Gustavus' Johnson Hall Is Missing!!

I lived in Johnson Hall during a Summer at Gustavus. Johnson Hall is the 3-storey building on the right of the first picture. If you remember Johnson Hall being called the "Nunnery", you are a GAC Old-Timer. Johnson Hall was known as the "Nunnery" during my time (ok, so I just dated myself as being really OLD!) because it was the only all-female dorm during the school year. (For those of you counting, I said I lived there during the SUMMER -- JH was transformed into the summer dorm for a year for those of us who stayed back). Anyways, I hate to say this, but after the tornado, it began looking like the house on the hill from the movie Psycho -- look at pic 1; don't you think so too?? Well, unfortunately, the Nunnery had to be torn down due to extensive damage. A year later, the landscape just does not look the same.
