Both these pictures are taken from almost the exact same spot. Notice the picnic tables in the foreground and the cars driving down Grace Street? Ok... In picture one, there are two buildings. One is the long one which is the Recreation Center. The one on the right a little more to the front than the Rec Center is the Arts and Heritage building. Take a good look at the first picture and then see the second picture -- keeping in mind that both were taken from the same spot; a year apart. Need I say more????
